Role/ Department: Associate Project Manager/Corporate Marketing

We are searching for an Associate Project Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team. The associate marketing project manager provides support for multiple marketing and creative projects. This role will align resources, facilitate collaboration and coordinate activities to ensure successful project outcomes. The associate project manager has agile/scrum exposure and can guide team to deliver iteratively. Additionally, the associate project manager along with the CAO will provide guidance and directional support for Corporate Marketing’s risk profile and expense management.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Coordinate and facilitate project/launch meetings, agenda development, presentation, capturing meeting minutes, summarizing the takeaway of milestones and action items. Effectively and proactively address challenges and remove obstacles in order to meet key execution milestones.
  • Create and distribute custom reporting for Corporate Marketing’s leadership team and CMO
  • Act as Corporate Marketing’s vendor manager working with CAO to onboard new vendors and contractors.
  • Track and monitor monthly departmental expenses aligning with project budgets, cost of doing business and other defined enterprise and departmental strategies. 
  • Coordinate Corporate Marketing’s BCP activities across organization. 
  • Track various risk and compliance tactics, coordinating activities w/BU managers and team.
  • Report to BU leadership team any informed risk issues and recommend changes to satisfy risk/compliance objectives. 
  • Track and monitor monthly departmental expenses aligning with project budgets, cost of doing business and other defined enterprise and departmental strategies. 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project management experience, with agile exposure and knowledge
  • Project Management experience in a marketing and or advertising environment.
  • Knowledge and practice of Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
  • Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees.
  • A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.
