Develop a comprehensive product strategy, market positioning, target segments, and competitive differentiation
Handle core product responsibilities like pricing, regulatory and compliance aspect, process and product notes
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product enhancements or new product offerings
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and functionalities based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives
Product P&L and Lifecycle Management
Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention, and develop strategies to scale the product profitably and optimize results
Work closely with national distribution and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices for the product
Assess and manage product-related risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies working closely with key stakeholders from risk management, legal and compliance
Core Competencies:
Educational requirement: MBA or any other equivalent degree
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholder
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices in the financial services industry
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools is a plus
