Job Description

Aramark Correctional Services is the industry leader in food service and commissary. The Marketing Communications role will assist in the development and lead the execution of the annual marketing communications plan. Position will develop and implement internal and external communications to inform, engage, and educate building advocacy for our brands. 

The position reports into the VP of Marketing and requires collaboration with Marketing Directors, Human Resources, Sales, Operations, National Partners, and Corporate Communications Director. 

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: 

Tell our story to inform, engage, and educate our Corrections’ Community – clients, staff, friends and family of those incarcerated - and to the communities outside of Corrections 

Collaborating with VP Marketing and Agency in developing the tone, narrative, messaging, and voice for our rebranding launch in Q3 

Oversee the consistency of voice, tone and narrative messaging across all of our branded materials – b2b sales tools, RFP templates, videos, internal communications, as well as digital and social media 

Develop and execute annual content calendar 

Partner with the Marketing Directors and Field Teams to drive the development of B2B and B2C stories/content for our websites, LinkedIn, client events, and internal Aramark communications 

Travel: 

Approximately 15% 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

3 - 5 years of professional experience in marketing 

PR, Marketing and/or Corporate Communications experience 

Food service, CPG or Non-profit marketing experience is a plus 

Strong creative writing skills – writing samples required 

Proficient social media skills 

Microsoft proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is a requirement 

Must have experience or a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a matrix organization. 

Experience managing and delivering multiple projects on a tight deadline within budget 

Resourceful, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks 

Self-starter and able to work independently 

Education: 

Bachelor's Degree
