ABOUT THIS JOB:

Team Leader acts as a main point of contact from Operations to internal client services. Main responsibility is to lead and drive the operational design and delivery of our client offering. Accountable for overall Operation’s department quality, performance, monitoring, reporting, and analysis by driving improvement in first-time delivery contributing to client satisfaction. Responsible for team management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring that changes in the client's database are delivered on time with high quality,
  • Monitoring team's KPI, and being up to date with all processes related to assigned areas,
  • Identifying and addressing process gaps, securing process compliance,
  • Planning and executing medium-sized/small projects,
  • Ensure service projects are planned and executed to schedule and scope,
  • ECA and Client escalation management,
  • Working with people development plans and supporting the ongoing growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Leadership experience and/or good knowledge of NIQ E2E process (CI knowledge would be beneficial)
  • Profound combination of people management and operational skills,
  • Combination of deep operational skills combined with client orientation,
  • Excellent communication skills including English language (verbal and written),
  • Problem Solving, Decision-Making skills and Crisis Management
  • Ability to manage and engage a team,
  • Delegating and executing skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback,
  • Ability to quickly react to Client escalations and find solutions.
