Team Leader acts as a main point of contact from Operations to internal client services. Main responsibility is to lead and drive the operational design and delivery of our client offering. Accountable for overall Operation’s department quality, performance, monitoring, reporting, and analysis by driving improvement in first-time delivery contributing to client satisfaction. Responsible for team management.
