We are seeking a Regional & Digital Marketing Manager / Sr Manager who is passionate about marketing and science and who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, encompassing both traditional and digital strategies, to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth within the assigned region. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and stay ahead of industry trends in both traditional and digital marketing arenas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that leverage both traditional and digital channels to meet business objectives and targets within the region.
  • Collaborate with sales team to execute Alamar presence at regional conferences and events.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.   • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
  • Develop and execute sales enablement tools to support regional sales team needs.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget for both traditional and digital initiatives, allocating resources effectively, and tracking ROI for all marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers through digital channels and engagement tactics.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts to support regional events, trade shows, and sponsorships, increasing brand visibility and generating leads.
  • Oversee the development of digital marketing assets, including website content, social media posts, email newsletters, and online advertising materials.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on regional/digital marketing activities, results, and recommendations.
  • Stay current on digital marketing best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of success in regional marketing roles, with at least 7 years of experience in traditional and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with the ability to translate them into actionable plans for both traditional and digital channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams in traditional and digital marketing efforts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions for both traditional and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics platforms, sales enablement software, and social media management tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally nationally or internationally as needed.
