We’re looking for a social media marketing professional looking to build their career with a global organization. Perficient is hiring a Social Media Associate Marketing Manager for our global headquarters located in St. Louis, Missouri. (Hybrid; Minimum 2x IN OFFICE)

The Social Media Associate Marketing Manager reports directly to Perficient’s Senior Digital Marketing Manager and will support the ongoing efforts of Perficient’s global Digital and Communications team, assisting in the creation, curation, and cultivation of strategic content that aligns with Perficient’s overall global strategy and business objectives, with a strong focus on the U.S., Latin America, India and European markets.

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of Perficient’s corporate social media account, drafting strategic posts in support of Perficient’s business strategy and key partnerships 
  • Brainstorm, create, and participate in content and videos for Perficient’s global social networks
  • Collaborate with our creative design team to produce social-first graphics, videos and animations to drive followers and engagement
  • Assist in the creation and deployment of organic and paid campaigns that promote the Perficient brand with the right message, right audience, right time across all channels
  • Leverage data to provide strategic input on opportunities to evolve plans and process to grow program success
  • Identify incremental opportunities for enhancing Perficient’s global social media strategy, understanding best practices and current trends in B2B social media 
  • Monitor brand ambassador partnerships for opportunities to amplify and engage
  • Monitor key market trends and conversations occurring on Perficient social networks
  • Engage with audiences across all Perficient global social media channels, amplifying visibility and responding to messages and inquiries

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A bachelor’s level degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or business administration
  • Three to five years’ experience in B2B social media, digital marketing, content marketing, communications, or journalism 
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Sound project management skills
  • Ability to work professionally with leaders throughout the organization
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized individual with the ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated, autonomous and proactive
  • Team player, self-starter with a passion for technology who will demonstrate a commitment to elevating the group’s marketing mission
  • Desire for new learning opportunities and professional growth
  • IT industry and/or professional services experience is a plus
  • Spanish-speaking/bi-lingual capabilities is a plus
  • Experience working with influencers is a plus
