We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager (Customer Facing – Services Delivery) who will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. This is a hybrid position (on-site at least 2 days a week - Wednesday and either Tuesday or Thursday) or fully remote, depending on your proximity to the office based out of Boston, MA (living within 70 miles will be hybrid).

What we’ll get you doing:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project plans aligned with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to optimize project delivery.
  • Risk Management (RAID): Identify, assess, and proactively manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies throughout the project.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to uphold industry standards and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.

Here is what success in this role looks like:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, 7+ years’ experience in software delivery required.
  • PMP Certification Required
  • Previous experience delivering large, complex services projects.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Salesforce, preferred but not required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Relevant life sciences/pharmaceutical industry knowledge preferred

The salary range for this role is 120,000-130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
