As an Executive Assistant, you will be providing a superior level of secretarial and administrative support to a Senior Director, with a can-do disposition and focus on client service, quality and continuous improvement to produce high-quality work. 

This role offers you a large degree of variety and exciting challenges which will require a highly organised approach, a strong focus on teamwork, and the ability to prioritise having regard to urgency that will set you apart. 

The Role

  • Diary management 
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, assisting in the preparation of agendas
  • Providing high-level administrative support 
  • Preparation of Microsoft Office reports in accordance with company standards 
  • Preparation and reporting of finance administrative tasks, including but not limited to, expense management, forecasting, revenue and debtor reporting
  • Assisting in project activities
  • Arranging domestic and international travel 
  • Co-ordinating various internal functions/events 
  • Managing correspondence in a timely and confidential manner
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally with a high level of integrity

The Requirements

  • Proven experience as a corporate Executive Assistant 
  • A mature approach with demonstrated experience in displaying good judgement, initiative and intuition
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with colleagues across all levels of the organisation and willingness to work effectively as part of a team
  • Organised and methodical with attention to detail, accuracy and ability to anticipate needs
  • Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with excellent multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Calm, professional manner especially when under pressure
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a willingness to become familiar with bespoke software
