Inviting applications for the role of Supply Chain Consulting, Business Architect- Senior Manager-English! 

In this role, The Business Architect is a team leader on our project engagement teams and is responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing business changes using technology-enabled solutions. Business Architects are tasked with facilitating workshops and requirements sessions to gain an understanding of client’s current state processes and technology. From the sessions’ outputs, the Business Architect will map out a future state that includes improved process definition as well as best-practice architecture and implementation of a selected platform. The Business Architect also designs and deploys solutions that support our clients’ business processes and requirements. This individual must be able to manage and deliver components of client engagements that include analysis of current state business process and technology, process and functional design, future state prototyping and architecture for a selected vendor. 

Responsibilities 

  • Work on-site with clients to align strategic goals and objectives. 
  • Interpret our clients’ business needs and translate those needs into technology and operational requirements. 
  • Interpret clients’ process flows or system diagrams and create future state versions that highlight the advantages of recommendations. 
  • Lead large cross-functional workshops of 10-50 people for process analysis and architecture requirements gathering and, in conjunction with other team members, produce professional design documents. 
  • Identify gaps in process mapping and apply industry knowledge to fill those gaps. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications / Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant degree 
  • Experience in management consulting with functional knowledge in supply chain or after sales service operations or have managed supply chain functions within a corporate setting. 
  • Experience leading workstreams and teams of consultants in the delivery of client engagements, full life cycle project management experience a plus. 
  • Experience leading client workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies at the executive, management, and user levels. 
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations. 
  • Experience in software implementation and integration a plus 
  • Analytical skills and the capacity to work with large data sets are a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

  • Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment. 
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus 
  • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn. 
  • Experience with delivering solutions on behalf of Partners is a plus.
