Branch Training Manager



Key Responsibilities &  Accountabilities :



Sharing joint business goals with the sales team on the parameters of recruitment, activation and productivity


Rolling out training calendar based on inputs of the different channel managers from the branches, taking into account requirements of different partners.


Induction at branch level  of new joinees in the sales team


Ensure all new hires (internal and external) go through complete training cycle as devised by the training team



Knowledge / Experience / Skills

Should have worked for 4-5 years at least in the sales training function of preferably in Insurance Sales
