Job Summary:
This Grants & Contracts Coordinator in the Department of Anesthesiology will support research faculty and staff by providing comprehensive financial management for all Anesthesia research programs (federal, industry, institutional, and departmental-sponsored projects) and providing support with grant submissions and contract execution. Additional functions of this position will also include monitoring activities and preparing invoices; processing financial activities in CU systems; monthly reconciliations of expenditures and revenues on a per-project basis, and performing all other duties and tasks as required and/or assigned. This position will be held accountable for providing high-level customer service to department research faculty, including providing monthly financial status reports.

Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings (Aurora, CO).

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as:
Intermediate Level: $52,312 - $66,541
Senior Level: $56,554 - $71,936
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
