We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Loan Agency Operations, Client Service Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Loan Doc & Proc Analyst– C10) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to:
- This role will manage to provide support to a variety of tasks related to the day-to-day loan administration process for syndication loans, including loan drawdown, loan rollover, payments, client enquiries within a complex loans operation environment.
- Resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and banking product knowledge.
- Supports testing of various system enhancement, implementation, etc. and handles ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
- Minimizes risk to the bank through increased knowledge of procedural requirements - understands and monitors errors to suggest solutions to reduce errors, and to adhere to audit and control policies.
- Has direct interaction with various internal stakeholders and external customers to disseminate information or address enquiries in a timely fashion.
- Occasionally supports Business in different regions on public holiday of respective servicing countries.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- Sound Knowledge of loan operation processes and procedures (syndication Loan processing experience is preferred).
- Sound Knowledge of risk types, policies and control measures and processes related to loan operation.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or banking industry
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Possess strong problem-solving skill with critical thinking, and works well under pressure and multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
