Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Firmware Development Engineer to join our team, specializing in the Security and UEFI domain. The candidate will have a strong understanding of Security technologies, UEFI firmware, BIOS and will be responsible for working with customers, enabling them to integrate our deliverables, maximize the benefits of our products. Responsibilities: - Customer enabling of SoC Security technologies, UEFI firmware - Debug and resolve issues related to Security technologies, UEFI firmware and BIOS. - Work along with customers in the integration of our software solutions into their systems. - Develop and deliver technical training on Security, UEFI firmware and BIOS to customers. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides. - Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product features and roadmap. - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and issues. - Stay updated with the latest developments in our upcoming platforms, Security technologies, UEFI firmware and BIOS technologies.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or master's degree with 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Electronics engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Strong understanding of SoC security technologies such as TXT, Boot Guard, TPM, ACM - Strong understanding of UEFI/BIOS, x86/ARM architecture, Operating Systems, Device Driver architecture, System integration, and related technologies. - Good understanding of programming languages like C/C++, Python, Version control software preferably Git, and debug tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Strong communication skills, presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts, features, issues resolution to customers. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the UEFI domain. - Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in the UEFI domain. - Good understanding of security technologies such as Virtualization Technology(VT-x), Total Memory Encryption
