Director, Product Manager – Enterprise Change Delivery Framework

We are seeking to fill a Director-level Product Manager role in our Enterprise Change group. This role is based out of our Pittsburgh, PA, and Lake Mary, FL offices (hybrid).

The ideal candidate must have significant product management and transformation management experiences, specifically in one or both of the following domains: 

  • Program Portfolio Management AND/OR
  • Transitioning to an Agile Organization AND/OR
  • Enterprise Change Management

You will have an impact in following ways:

  • Develops and executes a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, prioritizes initiatives, goal-setting, and creates the evaluation criteria to ensure successful delivery
  • Understands the stakeholder’s needs and objectives, is able to introduce new ways of working, being productive, and soliciting feedback
  • Expertise in a number of areas including product, engineering/technology and driving transformation across an enterprise
  • Expertise in JIRA, product lifecycle delivery, and developing advanced roadmaps
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering, Business groups, Finance, HR, Risk) to define criteria 
  • Drives product innovation by keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Defines product metrics, measures performance, and uses data to inform product decisions.
  • Manages a team of Product Owners 
  • Establishes the strategic approach for the development of a variety of products and product lines and works with senior leaders to ensure functional strategies tie to business unit objectives
  • Responsible for the growth and profitability of all products

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Possesses curiosity to ask the hard questions, explores new ideas, and continuously learns and researches to meet goals.
  • Comfortable with the technical details but able to abstract ideas for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Strong communicator & Influencer; ability to communicate ideas regardless of the audience, and ability to rally associates to your vision
  • Experience using analytics to help businesses and functional teams make informed decisions
  • Possesses a “get-it-done” attitude – ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision. Organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks. 
  • Customer Focus and Empathy – ability to bring everyone together, help them grow and work towards a unified vision, and deliver high-quality products that delight customers and align to their vision. 
  • Has an interest to constantly learn new tools and technologies and a passion to share your knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 
  • 10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
  • Securities or financial services experience preferred. 
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
