About this team

lululemon’s Cybersecurity services are maturing and the importance of security service metrics and reporting has never been greater. The Cybersecurity Portfolio function supports the strategic alignment required to enable lululemon’s strategic objectives while delivering Cybersecurity program objectives that protect the business and enable continued growth. To accomplish this, visibility of Cybersecurity services across the global enterprise is critical. We are searching for a Business Analyst with portfolio coordination experience to join our team. Prior experience managing and coordinating portfolio, program, and project metrics to provide leadership visibility over the global portfolio is ideal for this role.

A day in the life: 

  • Work with Cybersecurity leaders to analyze service metrics, identify risks, and build executive reporting.
  • Collaborate with CISO to understand Cybersecurity strategic priorities and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity leadership to understand their roadmaps and identify risks of potential misalignment with strategy.
  • Collaborate closely Cybersecurity Portfolio team to support and drive standardization across the Cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Analyze and report impact of shifting priorities within the Cybersecurity portfolio to accommodate agile business strategies.
  • Manage various ad hoc projects required to ensure portfolio programs, processes and services are healthy.
  • Support Cybersecurity leaders with collaboration and communication across teams to ensure Cybersecurity initiatives are supported by business and technology stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the preparation of portfolio and executive Cybersecurity reports, presentations, and metrics for senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of combined hands-on portfolio support experience and business analysis.
  • Experience working closely with senior leaderships and stakeholders within a technology environment on business priorities and roadmaps.
  • Project management experience which includes process coordination, standardization, prioritization, and delivery of sensitive communications. 
  • Experience in creating and delivering information sessions/trainings using PowerPoint and other tools for an audience of senior leaders and executives. 
  • Experience in keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits Package 

For Washington Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $110,700-$145,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
