Summary: Social media and digital strategist responsible for creating and curating engaging and relevant content on social media

Work Schedule: Full Time 

Location: Denver, CO, United States. This is primarily an in-person role with flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Capturing, creating, curating and publishing engaging and relevant content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok).
  • Attending events, interviewing subjects and collaborating with stakeholders for content creation and sharing. 
  • Supporting a content strategy in alignment with the company's marketing/brand goals. 
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity and audience behavior. 
  • Collaborating with other teams to create cohesive and engaging content. 
  • Engaging with the audience and responding to comments and messages. 
  • Maintaining brand consistency in tone, voice and visually. 
  • Concept development, writing, capturing content, utilizing branded visuals, storytelling, live video, promoting user-generated content and repurposing existing content as required. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
  • Minimum Experience: 5 years of digital marketing and social media experience. Experience in organic and paid, with advanced knowledge of paid in primary social platforms: 
  • Preferred Experience: 5 years of experience in social media marketing, content development/creation. Experience managing and producing content for large business social media accounts (10K+ followers), along with proficiency in using social media content management systems and scheduling tools.
  • Strong concepting, writing, interviewing and communication skills. 
  • Ability to capture, edit and create engaging and shareable video/audio content for social media from scratch.
  • Qualified candidates should have experience managing and producing content for large business social media accounts (10K+ followers), along with proficiency in using social media content management systems and scheduling tools. A thorough understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and data analytics is essential, as is experience in measuring the performance of social media content.

The pay range for this position is: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
