ERM is seeking a motivated Principal Consultant, CS&CC (Principal Level), who is interested in participating on a variety of projects, to join our consulting firm in Bogota, Colombia. This is an excellent career opportunity to work with an expert consulting team on challenging projects for large industrial and global clients. Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for meeting personal billability at the budgeted rate, personal sales contribution targets and relevant BU target.

Scope: The aspects of ERM business that the job is designed to positively impact

  • Designated projects which may be in a variety of countries

Measuring Impact: The nature of the job’s influence on business results. Recognising that the influence can be direct or indirect. Details of how impact is measured (BSC)

  • Zero Loss of Time Injuries (LTIs) and visible and demonstrable safety leadership as measured by engagement with ECS and the Active Leadership Audit programme. 
  • Profitability of project through efficient completion of activities, identification of changes or possible changes to scope, time, budget. 
  • Completion of tasks within project budget and time requirements. 
  • Identification of efficiencies in carrying out deliverable related tasks.
  • Client satisfaction through project communications & engagement, quality of outputs produced to deliver client service excellence. 
  • Future sales through identification of possible change orders and new opportunities.
  • Project risk should be minimised by compliance with the project plan, PIC sign off of deliverables and the ERM risk management process.

Freedom to act: The extent to which the job is empowered to take action / make decisions.

  • Works with colleagues to inform decision-making and contribute to effective delivery of projects in line with agreed methodologies, procedures and working practices and project priorities. 
  • Operates within the overarching governance requirements of ERM including PiC/PM model and authorization levels 
  • It is ERM policy that all ERM and ERM Contractor employees have the authority, without fear of reprimand or retaliation to immediately stop any work activity that presents a danger to the site team or the public.
