JumpCrew is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our upbeat team. We are looking for someone with grit, determination, and organization to manage a team of 10-15 BDRs and AEs as well as manage external relationships with our customers.

Relationships maintained by our managers are the key to JumpCrew’s success in renewing customer contracts.

This is a great opportunity for a goal-driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives in client relationships, driving revenue, tracking, measuring and reporting-out on sales effectiveness against targets to key stakeholders as well as adjust strategies as necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of up to 15 AEs and BDRs
  • Assist the team with organizing leads, creating opportunities and closing deals
  • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps
  • Work with Sales Director to establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for teams
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales strategies, aligning the expectations of our clients
  • Build relationship with our clients, reducing churn and maintaining ROI
  • Achieve sales goals through effective planning, goal setting, analyzing data and projecting future performance
  • Utilize CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, lead assignment and closing
  • Ensure successful cross-departmental collaboration with various departments including, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Product and Client Success

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience leading an inside sales
  • Experience leading a sales team, preferably 10+ people
  • Prior personal inside sales experience
  • Experience pulling reports within a CRM preferred
  • Ability to leverage data analytics to drive team performance and achieving KPIs
  • Demonstrated track record building and scaling teams in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes
  • A strong people leader

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a smaller business or a startup environment
  • Experience working in multiple industries and with different personas

  • Location: Nashville, TN, hybrid schedule WFH Monday & Friday
  • Base salary + commission OTE $120,000
