Solution Architect, Digital Solutions

Location - Bangalore, India

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY…

Solution Architect, Digital Solutions provide thought leadership and delivery on complex software development projects. They will be leading design of complex software engineering projects and be responsible for developing and maintaining applications with minimal supervision. The successful candidate must have strong design and development skills and be willing to work “hands on” with the implementation team to get solutions done.

Works collaboratively with other stakeholders and business analysts to fix complex business scenarios by designing optimal technical solutions. Coordinating development teams for resolving code bugs, performing unit tests, performing code reviews and authoring application documentation.

YOU WILL GET TO…

  • Develop and deliver complex application or custom solutions while possessing strong problem solving skills across many applications and technologies.
  • Understand the business vision, drivers, goals and objectives to participate with solution teams and projects
  • Work with delivery teams and leadership to conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates for overall efforts associated with development projects
  • Will participate in design decisions utilizing an agile approach to development
  • Partner with IT Product Owner/others to ensure system development meets the overall strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of development organization including process improvement, methodology evolution and reflective practices

What excites us:

  • Minimum of 5 years of application and product development, work experience with new and legacy applications, business process, integration, development or information management and experience
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with recognized software development methodologies (ie.:. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, RUP).
  • Strong computer skills: proficient with Microsoft office and Google application bundle.
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Experience with scanning projects Kofax Capture, Kofax KTM, Globalscape.
  • Experience with RPA and Automation tools (UIPath, AutoIT, Automate).
  • Experience with information management (DMS, ECM, Workflow Automation, BPM, BPO, A/P, Intelligent Document Processing, etc.).
  • The professional must have extensive technical knowledge in development methodologies using .NET/.NET Core and Python languages, SQL Server database and source code management using GitLab.
  • Experience within the outsourcing, SaaS, or hosted solutions industry is a plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good experience to present and explain technical solutions for the Business Senior Leadership team.
  • Cultural adaptability.
