Description

Social Media, Production, & Events: The Social Media, Production, & Events Intern will rotate through different marketing subdivisions. They will learn about different social media trends, PR sourcing and relationships, how to produce a photoshoot/ commercial, event planning, budgeting, and more. Additionally, they will collaborate with Marketing leaders for competitor research and creating content for various social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university/college
  • 1-2 years of work or volunteer experience
  • Passion for fashion and retail industry
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to balance multiple assignments at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Must be at least 18 years of age 

Internship Guidelines

  • This is a paid ($16.00/hr) summer internship from June 17 – August 2. 
  • Boot Barn does not offer travel or housing stipends.
  • Students must be able to make a commitment of full-time employment (Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5PM)
  • The program will be based out of our Irvine Store Support Center, located in Irvine, CA. Remote work will not be offered.
