About this role: 

The Global Sales Strategy and Operations Team ensures that JET’s Global Sales Organisation runs effectively and is set up for success. In this everchanging and rapid environment, we are instrumental in setting the sales strategy and driving flawless execution, defining the way thousands of sellers are selling across all markets globally!

As Global Sales Compensation Manager you will have a critical role in shaping and elevating our global sales incentive strategy. You will lead the global design and rollout the global incentive program, define best practices and continuously evolve the way of working on incentives. You will partner with Global / Segment / Country Leaders and Senior Sales Leadership to define incentive programs that continuously engage and support our strategic objectives. 

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Manage a growing team of 5; including Tooling, Business Partnering, Infrastructure and Optimization specialists;
  • Develop a future proof vision on sales incentives within JET; 
  • Partner with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Operations and strategy to structure and optimise the implementation and rollout of a global incentive program.;
  • Lead the design and implementation of the global incentive program that supports the JET strategic objectives; 
  • Help develop an overarching incentive program that allows for the SMB segments with direct impact on thousands of sellers including SDRs, Acquisition and account management, and enterprise sales teams like Strategic Accounts, Account Management, etc;
  • Work with all countries across the globe to identify best practices and standards that can be scaled to all other markets.

What will you bring to the table?

  • 8+ years of experience in successfully implementing incentive programs at multinational organisations at global scale. Preferable at similar size and type of organisation and at an executive level;
  • Strong executive engagement skills;
  • Experience with sales incentive tooling like Salesforce, Xactly, etc;
  • Comfortable to work in cross functional teams incl. HR, Finance, BI, etc;
  • Ability to pivot between sales strategy to critical detail; where needed
  • Unique combination of conceptual thinking, data driven and determined to go the deep into detail when needed;
  • Affinity with advanced data modelling and next generation of data management.
