機関投資家リレーションシップマネジメントとして既存投資家(主に年金)の状況を理解し的確なサポート及び、ご提案を行いながら、クライアントとの関係を継続的に築き上げることが本ポジションの目的です。また、新規顧客営業も本ポジションの役割の一部となっております。

  • 日々クライアントサービスの提供
  • クライアントサービスのための社内コーディネーション
  • クライアントリレーションシップ・マネジャーとして既存顧客を担当
  • 営業活動への取り組みに参画する

応募資格

  • 四年制大学卒業以上
  • 7年以上の日本でのアセットマネジメント業界での就業経験
  • クライアントリレーション管理の経験(特に、主要な年金顧客への経験)
  • 機関投資家向けの資産運用商品の知識
  • 優れた英語力
  • 日本語: ネイティブレベル

  • 優先順位と効率性を重視しており、チーム力の重要性も理解している方

Purpose of Role:

As Client Relationship Manager (CRM), to provide client services mainly to pension clients in Japan– new business acquisition role is also partially included.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Deliver day-to-day client services.
  • Coordinate internal resources for client services.
  • Cover existing clients as CRM.
  • Participate in the team’s sales initiatives.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor or above
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in asset management industry

Specific Technical Knowledge/Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in managing client relationships (especially with major pension clients)
  • Working knowledge of investment products (in the Institutional space)
  • Good command of English
  • Native level of Japanese

Personal Profile:

Focus on priorities, effectiveness, but as a team player.
