Position Summary:

The Associate Director, FSP Talent Acquisition oversees the strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives for Project Farma including: management of the complete lifecycle recruitment process, candidate sourcing and assessment, building a continuous pipeline, hiring practices, and effective advertisement and employer brand development. This will include, but will not be limited to, the assessment of current and future talent needs, developing and executing recruitment plans in collaboration with the business to deliver high quality talent, and managing outside vendor relationships. Will work with business leaders on workforce planning efforts including organizational talent forecasting, internal talent pipelining, career progression, and research of trends in the FSP marketplace which impact recruitment or retention efforts.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business unit, eliciting trust, build relationships and credibility to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and work done
  • Create and execute strategy for talent acquisition to meet aggressive growth plans and comply with all applicable regulations
  • Partner with marketing to create compelling social media campaigns, including company career sites, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Responsible for the people leadership of the talent acquisition team, including developing both individuals and the team as a whole creating a culture of accountability, continuous development and collaboration
  • Determine the proper mix of internal and external resources needed to meet hiring goals; develop and implement strategy for using external partners to augment and support internal efforts and effectively manage these ongoing relationships
  • Hire, mentor, support and lead the personal and professional development of a high-performing Talent Acquisition staff in a fast-paced growing company
  • Establish FSP recruitment processes including sourcing channels for different positions at all levels, assessment criteria and documentation, and manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing through offer
  • Identify and source talent and build pipelines for current needs at all levels of the organization
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies with an emphasis on proactively attracting talent and providing excellent candidate and internal customer experience, meeting diversity needs and driving our employee brand in the marketplace.
  • Provide counsel to hiring managers in negotiating offers
  • In partnership with counterparts in other divisions, ensure the applicant tracking process and technology are effective
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, laws and regulations including: recruitment files are properly maintained and complete, documentation of all hiring decisions, applicant tracking and job postings are OFCPP compliant
  • Support a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce, through active leadership and participation in hiring plans that incorporate short term and long-term diversity metrics.
  • Evaluate key data and metrics to assess operational and service opportunities, including baselines and production measures through best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR function on talent acquisition topics as appropriate (e.g., new hire requirements, compensation, etc.)
  • Identify and incorporate best practices, new trends and innovative tools and technologies to support recruiting efforts

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 6 years full life-cycle recruitment experience in a progressive, fast-paced environment with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience

Other Required:

  • Prior FSP experience
  • Experience creating and executing successful employment brands
  • Experience building high performing teams
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing channels including digital and non-digital marketing channels
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Strong experience with recruiting technology
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends

Preferred:

  • Knowledge and experience recruiting in life sciences and professional services
  • Experience working in a high-growth organization
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with a global and geographically distributed workforce
  • M&A experience

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
