KONE India is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity for you to join our Hyderabad KONE India, as Key Accounts Manager.

What will you be doing?

Job Objective

  • Single point contact for specific major accounts for branch.
  • Develop & ensure holistic relation building through account planning with customer & related stakeholders (architect, consultant, contractor etc)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer support during complete cycle, but not limited to
  • Project planning , traffic calculations, energy calculations coordinating with CSE and sales.
  • Pivoting KONE specs in line with above.
  • Supporting Sales engineers for finalizing commercials with accounts in line to agreed spec (KTOC Tendering is sales engineer responsibility only)
  • Ensuring customer relationship management through complete life cycle - sales , installation, service & Modernisation.
  • Promote & ensure increased KONE brand mindshare.

Proposed KPI’s

  • ORMV against budget on identified key accounts.
  • Increasing SOW from top 10 customers branch accounts
  • Winning competition customers – Target to be decided by branch
  • Maintaining healthy CLS score for key accounts

Are you the one?

  • Minimum 10 years’ of relevant experience in relationship management through complete life cycle - sales , installation, service & Modernisation with BE/MBA graduate.
