Job Description

1. Sales Responsibility

  • To be responsible for account management to deliver KPIs of sales targets, sell in sell out, inventory and P&L.
  • Focus on Built in sales strategy to win market share in relevant channels.
  • Using dual brand opportunity and aligning brand messaging with Marketing team.
  • To be a single contact person for all things related to the dealers relationships and accounts including developers, architects, selected key retail accounts & kitchen retailers.
  • Co-operate with PM, CS, Supply Chain and especially with Brand team and Financial Controller to ensure smooth operations and communication with trade partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create KRT promotional materials, sales collateral, and targeted campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with the accounts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while delivering the company revenue targets.
  • Monitor returns and receivables, as well as Risk Management.
  • Identify project business leads and co-op with Project sales in HCMC.

2. Sales strategy

  • Observe and acquire Direct Contract if opportunity arises in Hanoi with large retailer key accounts.
  • Perform regular competitor checks quarterly, monthly business review with clear actions plans.
  • Ensure Business Plan and sales target achievement including CM1 and EBIT.
  • Propose and implement sales forecast with clear supporting calendar of activities and budget requirement to deliver business objectives.
  • Develop profitable growth focused on built in PCG PDC and Gaggenau.

3. Business Development

  • Identify architect and designer community to build regular networking for dual brand project and kitchen retail as Bosch and Gaggenau across multiple price classes.
  • Drive alternative channels eg furniture and bathroom stores.
  • Start the Gaggenau brand officially with kitchen and design community, be the Gaggenau go-to-person long term.
  • Work with ASEAN AP/SM-BB team to create and realise long term business possibilities.

4. Business Conduct and Interpersonal Standing

  • Continue lawfulness and transparency in all business dealings.
  • Look at flexible solutions and opportunities, seeking advisory from manager and CLE team.
  • Practice fairness & transparency to colleagues and trade partners alike.
  • Seek continuous improvement in knowledge and increase experience in the sales field, learning from best practice examples.
  • Multi-task in methodical and focused way.

Qualifications

  • At least 5-years experience in Channel / Key Account Sales Manager.
  • Good business outlook, selling instinct and sense of urgency.
  • Good English and Microsoft office (especially in excel)
  • Sales experience within the home appliances, kitchen or design industry is preferable
  • Strong network of contacts within the home appliances sector, particularly among distributors and relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to deal with multiple levels of trade.
