TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.

As part of the wider TikTok Shop UK Creator Operations team, the Affiliate Operations Team is looking after quality creator/content supply and creator GMV growth at scale leveraging the Affiliate services and platform. The team is responsible for scaling the following operations leveraging affiliate product features or tools: acquiring/converting new creators, educating and driving creator engagement/growth, increasing efficiency of creator discovering products available on TikTok Shop (through building a rich, quality, easy-to-use and competitive product marketplace) and improving the process facilitating merchants seeking partnerships with creators. As the Creator Content Ecosystem Programme Manager, you will collaborate with the Creator Policy and the Global Governance & Experience teams as a subject matter expert for all TikTok Shop's GNE-related creator policies & strategies in the UK, as well as work closely with our intended audience to improve their understanding of our policies and address any emerging issues they may have.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Creator policy strategy & resources with key stakeholders from ideation to implementation, working closely with XFN teams (Policy, Strategy, Finance, Legal) & own all related GTM materials to streamline roll-out across creator teams
  • Develop and design data-driven, impactful learning solutions and programmes for Creators, surrounding TikTok Shop's Governance & Experience-related policies and strategies; increase their overall understanding of GNE's policies and strategies
  • Deliver trainings and engage the intended audience, both external & internal, through channels such as seminars, webinars, and other online and offline sessions
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of instructional content design and delivery, via the various channels
  • Serve as the voice of Creators; gather painpoints and other feedback. Funnel these to GNE's Policy and Strategy Owners, and cross-functional partners so as to address issues and improve our policies, strategies, standards, etc., as well as the design and delivery of relevant educational programmes
  • Stay up-to-date and maintain deep knowledge on related key substantive issues, implementation standards, operational changes, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Solid Program or Project Management experience in e-commerce
  • Excellent logical reasoning skills, resource integration abilities, teamwork skills, communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of strong project delivery, negotiations and relationship management along with deep analytical acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into easy to understand policies and business requirement documents that can be used for budget planning and operational execution
  • An ownership mindset and a desire to push for results; possesses strategic thinking, as well as programme management and communication skills (both written & verbal), with the ability to manage and push complex projects, and influence multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Good critical and logical thinking. Able to manage different types of projects through comprehensive planning, risk identifying, problem solving and SOP establishment.
