We're currently seeking a skilled Creative Retoucher to join our team, leveraging expertise in transforming and perfecting images from various sources, while meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Position Overview:

As a Creative Retoucher specialising in still life, product photography, and 3D renders, you'll be responsible for enhancing and manipulating images to achieve impeccable final visuals. Integrating effects and enhancing textures, collaboratively with photographers, art directors, and clients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that product images and 3D renders meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute advanced image retouching, including colour correction, composition adjustments, background clean-up, and enhancement of product details, merging 3D renders seamlessly, while maintaining superior image quality.
  • Collaborate closely with photographers, 3D artists, and art directors to understand the creative vision and specific project requirements.
  • Work in tandem with clients to comprehend their needs and ensure that the retouched images align with their brand guidelines and expectations.
  • Utilise industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop, Helicon, and other 3D rendering tools to achieve desired outcomes efficiently.
  • Maintain structured file organisation and adhere to project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of completed work.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and tools in retouching, 3D rendering, and product photography to continually enhance the quality and efficiency of work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Creative Retoucher specialising in still life, product photography, and 3D rendering within a creative agency, e-commerce, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Capture One and Helicon along with showcasing exceptional retouching skills and attention to detail. Any experience in 3D rendering software would be a real bonus,
  • Strong understanding of colour theory, composition, and lighting principles in both product photography and 3D rendering.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with photographers, 3D artists, and clients, translating their vision into exceptional visuals.
  • Outstanding time management abilities to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • A passion for aesthetics and a drive for delivering high-quality, visually stunning images across various mediums.
