As Sales Administration Associate, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to wholesale accounts and general administrative support to the Director, Sales Administration.

Description of Responsibilities

  • Seasonal Order Entry
  • Daily Special Orders
  • Organization/maintenance of customer orders
  • Maintenance of all seasonal customer order changes
  • Releasing/shipping of seasonal orders
  • Daily communication with customers and warehouse
  • Sales Support – all aspects
  • Ensuring correct processing of RTV requests
  • Assisting accounts with delivery information and availability inquiries
  • Assisting with sample check in
  • Assisting in showroom with accounts and AE’s
  • Swatch set-up for customer orders
  • Maintaining organized samples in showroom
  • Overseeing the receiving of all Catalog samples in NY Office for our accounts
  • Assisting in the set-up of our Account Events during the year


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of basic a/S 400 system functions preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in the field is required


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; additional certification is a plus
  • Excellent computer, problem solving and customer service skills

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $19.00-21.00 per hour, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Giorgio Armani Corporate Office in NYC and offers the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
