What you will do

  • Tackle diverse technical challenges, providing excellent post-sales support.
  • Independently devise solutions that drive tangible results.
  • Effectively communicate; fostering relationships that influence key decisions.
  • Excel in a results-oriented, customer-first setting.
  • Utilize your adaptability and organizational skills to enhance customer experiences.

We value candidates who have:

  • Bonus: Experience with Oracle Inventory Management or Order Management.
  • A solid foundation in your designated product area, with hands-on systems and software experience, including API use.
  • Technical proficiency in at least 3 of these areas: RDBMS, SQL, PL-SQL, XML, Java, J2EE, Oracle ADF, SOA, EBS R12.2 Patching, and Web Services.
  • Familiarity with SQL and the skill to analyze software log and trace files.
  • Expertise in Performance Tuning, Web Server Optimization, and Server Configuration, with a proven ability to solve problems based on your findings.
