IT Technical Analyst, Fixed Term Contract - 24 months

As an IT Technical Analyst, you will provide the highest level of customer focused workplace support to our UK Head Office and Field based users. You will address queries from 1st – 2nd line via multiple platforms (Telephone, livechat, genius bar, deskside) as well as Hardware support, Break fixes and IT projects. In addition, analysts are required to create and maintain knowledge databases and provide active contribution to end to end process control ‘ boards’ and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Degree level education within IT or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience of working in an ITIL and Lean focused environment
  • Professional telephone manner with sound experience in an IT Technical Analyst role
  • Able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and must be capable of working on their own initiative within the procedures and guidelines laid down.
  • The desire to achieve and maintain the highest level of customer experience at all times
  • Must be able to plan own workload and oversee others where necessary
  • Must be capable of working under pressure in a support environment and meeting agreed service levels.
  • Must be thorough and accurate with good attention to detail
  • Must be able to enter and maintain calls in the ticket systems
  • Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow is desirable.
  • Drive future innovation and continuous improvement,
  • Ability to coach users and other team members
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Willingness to learn to use new systems and software
