Working as part of a newly formed European Sourcing team, you will lead the hunt for top external talent for both open roles and future pipelines. You will use a wide-range of innovative and constantly evolving sourcing techniques to identify and engage with external talent. As an ambassador for our company, you will effectively convey our vision and values to inspire top talent to a career at Mondelēz . Partnering with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Leads, and Talent Acquisition Advisors you will ensure that our talent pipelines are filled with diverse, high performing talent which will ensure our future growth and success.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract external talent through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Drive exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer ensuring robust communication at each stage. Keeping in touch with talent pipelines and keeping them engaged and up to date.
  • Converting potential talent into active job applicants by engagement and influencing techniques. Strong emotional intelligence to understand motivations and drivers.
  • Conduct initial assessments of candidate qualifications and interest, ensuring that they align with the role requirements and values
  • Staying up to date with market trends and competitor intelligence gathering and using these insights to support sourcing strategies.
  • Partnering and consulting with the business to understand current and future needs and building relevant pipelines that support growth strategy. 
  • Driving consistency in the sourcing process and talent pipelining processes to ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Building positive relationships by collaborating across key stakeholder groups to ensure that we’re implementing sourcing and hiring efforts that address our most critical talent needs and working towards our diversity goals.
  • Providing hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Leads/Advisors with accurate and timely updates on candidate activity, sourcing metrics and reporting trends and issues, and providing recommendations for strategic improvements.
  • Sourcing and assessing candidates using tools that increase connections with underrepresented groups and minorities with pace and at scale, leveraging networks and internet research.
  • Evaluating market data to build and present sourcing strategies to recruiting and business partners, inclusive of demonstrated use of diversity sourcing channels.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide specialist technical expertise to lead both proactive and reactive Recruitment activities in accordance with MDLZ policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with the People Manager and People Lead providing market insights and accountable for candidate experience, including tracking, assessment, feedback and offer (for externals) and assists with internal offers as needed
  • Work with People Managers to establish business requirements and to determine applicant requirements, leads and coaches managers throughout process to drive identification, selection and landing of best talent
  • Work with TA Coordinator to deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates
  • Source the best candidates for vacancies using range of mediums and channels- owning the creation and execution of a sourcing strategy to generate both active and passive talent for current and future vacancies
  • Act as a candidate relationship manager during hiring processes for immediate needs while proactively building talent pools for future hiring needs and provide high-touch support for key Recruitment moments that matter to candidates and hiring

What you will bring

  • Prior experience in Talent Sourcing (inhouse-role focused on external Talent Sourcing recruitment agency/search firm )
  • Passion for developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies to compete for top talent in a competitive environment
  • Experience in talent acquisition processes and channels with dedicated and specialised expertise in sourcing , assessment, matching, selling and closing capabilities
  • Advanced sourcing skills; strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and practices; online sourcing, Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean searches, social media and candidate generation
  • Strong stakeholder management, ability to influence hiring managers to meet with your talent pipelines. 
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, ability inspire others and to convey our vision and values.
  • Excellent influencing ability – able to convert prospects into candidate pipelines
  • Outstanding written skills – from crafting initial outreach to candidates to writing compelling candidate profiles for hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills – ability to plan, drive and track metrics for multiple recruiting projects. The ability to work to tight hiring timelines

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .

No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
