Job Description:

THE POSITION

Sales Operations is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, collaborative, organized, and proactive Sales Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will interface with Sales, Supply Chain Operations, Corporate FP&A and Marketing to help drive strategies that will enable the company revenue goals.

This is a full time, onsite position located in San Jose, CA.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Drive quarterly and annual revenue optimization initiatives
  • Perform revenue analytics and trends to provide visibility into relationships
  • Prepare quarterly Sales Compensation quota targets by regions & business units
  • Define and manage core data tables for sales analytics as the Sales data SME
  • Proven ability to understand business issues and work within the framework
  • Support regular and ad-hoc reporting including reports, graphs, charts and presentations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key forecast and revenue data
  • Partner with Order-to-Cash cross functional teams to ensure backlog is scheduled per plan
  • Lead and assist with other special projects as needed and drive to completion

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting or similar degree is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years related experience in Finance, Accounting, or Sales Operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.e. macros, tables, pivots, formulas)
  • Proven competencies in communication, financial analysis and working across functions with different levels of management to drive results
  • Forecast and Revenue recognition experience is a plus
  • Confidence, good judgment, with energy and personality to work in a dynamic global environment
  • Supply / MRP experience a plus
  • Must maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
  • Organized, detailed oriented, thorough, and able to handle heavy workloads and deadline
  • Experience with technology industry and international companies is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $96,000 - $160,000.

OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents. This position is also eligible for equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
