CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative Graphic Designer to create engaging and effective design assets, and who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better! This role requires a creative individual adept in various design aspects, from website graphics to social media content to fun t-shirts. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment and continuously exploring new design avenues.

Responsibilities:

  • Use independent judgment and discretion to design and produce a diverse range of design assets, including website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and Google Slides presentations
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maintain design consistency and align with the brand across all digital platforms
  • Expertly use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Suite (particularly Google Slides), and other leading design tools to deliver high-quality designs
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends to ensure our digital presence remains contemporary and engaging
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative insights to refine and enhance digital marketing strategies
  • Complete any additional tasks as they arise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in a variety of graphic design areas
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effective collaboration and presentation
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, detail-oriented approach, and commitment to exceptional design quality
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in customer service, capable of professionally handling client requests and feedback
  • Flexibility and creativity, with an eagerness for lifelong learning and adapting to new design tools and technologies
