Overview

Jackson + Coker is a top healthcare staffing firm with nationwide reach, specializing in locum tenens (temporary staffing), locums-to-permanent and telehealth staffing. The Division Vice President directs and oversees Jackson + Coker’s Marketing division and develops and implements strategies, programs, initiatives and best practices that align with the company’s business goals to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behavior. The ideal candidate has a solid marketing background and work experience managing lead and demand generation strategies, content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, and analytics. The Division Vice President collaborates with sales, customer service, product + technology and human resources to define and maintain brand awareness and consistency. This position reports to the President of Jackson + Coker.

Additional Details:

  • Oversee and manage Jackson + Coker’s Marketing division.
  • Develop and set current and long-term goals to implement cohesive marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness for Jackson + Coker.
  • Create, implement, and oversee targeted marketing campaigns, lead/demand generation and communications programs that effectively describe and promote Jackson + Coker and its services.
  • Design and implement marketing databases to support campaign and lead generation efforts.
  • Oversee the administration and logistics and provide guidance to organize effective marketing events and trade shows.
  • Support sales teams with current and relevant tools to share service details with prospects and clients.
  • Articulate business goals behind the creation of an initiative. 
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Lead market analysis efforts to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and changes in the industry to best serve the objectives of Jackson + Coker and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide consultative support to Leadership Teams and recommend changes to current sales development procedures based on market research and new trends.
  • Prepare regular reports and deliver marketing and strategy presentations on program success.
  • Act as the company's spokesman and advocate via media appearances, interviews, sales calls, trade shows, presentations, authorship, etc.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual planning of Jackson + Coker’s business objectives.
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing division.
  • Stay current on the latest platforms, technology tools and marketing solutions.

  • Familiarity with principles of marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO/website management, lead/demand generation, account-based marketing, social media marketing and monitoring platforms, content creation, distribution and management, email/campaign management and event marketing.
  • Experience with AGILE-based marketing methodology preferred.
  • HR-related experience including hiring, managing, performance reviews, compensation packages, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field. Master’s in Business Administration degree preferred.
  • 15 plus years experience in progressive leadership positions
  • Healthcare staffing experience preferred
  • Experience managing direct reports
