DESCRIPTION

Interested in working on an innovative and high-impact business that is changing the way customers think about grocery? Do you enjoy a fast-paced, startup environment where you are helping to build programs from the ground up? Amazon Fresh is seeking a talented, creative, and innovative leader to support Amazon’s rapidly-growing omni-channel grocery business.

We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead paid media for Amazon Fresh store launches. This position will require strong skills in all areas of paid marketing (e.g. media planning, buying and optimization, internal and vendor relationships, RFP, rate negotiations, execution and performance reporting). As owner of the store launch paid media you will be responsible for setting the vision of your media program, bringing new innovative ideas, and implementing them successfully at every stage of the process from strategy, sourcing, QA, and optimization. You must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (executing paid media campaigns, improving/automating processes, analyzing metrics, and solving problems). You are a self-starter and posses strong analytical skills and thrive working among a broad, diverse set of stakeholders. You leverage strong organizational and project management skills and have a track record of delivering quality work. You have a high level of comfort navigating ambiguity, a passion for testing and scaling learnings beyond your immediate team, and the ability to investigate complex challenges and effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders. You work backwards from the customer, apply innovative thinking and dive deep to identify and mitigate gaps. You prefer to work smart vs. working hard and lean into mechanisms to make processes more efficient. You are an owner.
