Data Operations Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning & Insights 

Why we have a role: The Qualtrics GTM Planning & Insights team is looking for a senior data systems focused leader to grow our CDMX data operations/quality team and maintain an exceptional level of data quality within our go-to-market data sources. This role is essential to enabling our go-to-market operations and surfacing valuable insights to our field teams. 

Things you'll do: 

  • Oversee maintenance of critical data sources, pipelines, mappings, and logic used by global go-to-market teams for the purposes of sales, customer success, and marketing operations. Create and update complex data queries, views, and reports. 
  • Establish processes to govern and improve data quality/accuracy/integrity. Proactively identify/flag/resolve issues. Conduct reporting and RCA on data quality. 
  • Act as ‘subject-matter-expert’ on key data sources and collaborate with analysts, field teams, and other stakeholders to ensure data is being used to drive business outcomes. 
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and understand a complex set of policies to work effectively with global teams
  • Manage a team of analysts handling a high volume of projects and ticket-based requests

  • Deepen your expertise in data management, architecture, and operations. Learn how global sales, customer success, and marketing teams operate, and improve the data/systems/insights that drive their growth 
  • You will know you are doing an exceptional job when our data operations are running smoothly, analyst teams can reliably surface valuable insights, and global leaders trust you enough to come to you with their business pain points and ask for help. 

How You’ll find success: 

  • Technical thought leader, with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and an eye for scalability, quality, and detail
  • Natural people manager; able to coach, develop, and lead a team of analysts in a dynamic environment with wide variety of projects and inbound requests
  • Exemplifies ownership of data operations and quality; able to lead initiatives from discovery phase through to implementation and ongoing process management
  • Able to balance multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity, and communicate effectively to a global audience

What We’re Looking For on Your Resume: 

  • Strong technical and data engineering skills
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience with databases, SQL, data integration/ETL tools, and/or languages like Python
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing teams of analysts
  • Knowledge of data management and quality practices
  • Demonstrated project management, process management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with sales operations, sales planning processes, and associated CRM systems (i.e. salesforce.com or SAP C4C) preferred
  • Degree from a top-tier university with an analytical focus (e.g. computer science, information systems, business analytics, STEM)
