The School Recruitment and Placement function is part of the School Workforce Directorate. The team manage school workforce recruitment and placements and provide support and strategic advice to principals and executive on workforce management. The function is accountable for supporting schools in relation to all permanent and temporary/casual school-based vacancies including teachers, support staff and student wellbeing staff.
About the role
The primary purpose of the role is to support the efficient and effective management of school related vacancies in accordance with the related policies and procedures. This will include recruitment of teachers and Support Staff in schools as well as student wellbeing.
