Upstream Supply Chain Technology enables and accelerates the growth of supply chain from RM to FG production, by providing innovative solutions while ensuring product integrity and compliance. Our purpose is to empower the organization to strategically envision, drive innovation, optimize sourcing and manufacturing processes, cultivate a responsible supply chain, ensure superior product quality, and uphold market leadership. We are a team that dares to innovate, support each other, elevate our partnerships, and collaborate while having fun. We are looking for a solution architect to support the technology team responsible for product quality and raw materials development. In this influential role, you will collaborate closely with business partners, product management and delivery team to shape the team’s roadmap and define the technology vision.

The Architect develops detailed solution roadmaps for a specific system, project, or application. You will partner closely with engineers and project management to ensure that implementation meets design expectations and adheres to enterprise architecture standards.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500 - $162,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
