This role is for the LotusFlare DNO Cloud product line where we are experiencing unprecedented demand and foresee significant growth in the future. We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Operations Lead to optimize sales processes and support the expansion of its global enterprise sales efforts. As a Sales Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in streamlining sales operations and maximizing efficiency within the enterprise segment, with a primary focus on the LotusFlare DNO Cloud product line. You will collaborate closely with the global sales team and other cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and facilitate the growth of the DNO Cloud product offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize sales processes specific to the DNO Cloud product line to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring smooth progression through the sales cycle.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving sales performance and customer engagement within the DNO Cloud segment.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and implement sales enablement strategies, including training programs, tools, and resources tailored to support the sales team in promoting the DNO Cloud offerings effectively.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the management and utilization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the DNO Cloud product line, ensuring accurate data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports specific to the DNO Cloud segment to provide visibility into sales performance, trends, and projections.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product engineering, and customer success teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive collective success, with a focus on promoting the DNO Cloud solutions.
  • Process Documentation: Document sales processes, procedures, and best practices related to the DNO Cloud product line to facilitate consistency and scalability in sales operations.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the DNO Cloud segment to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and refine sales operations processes and strategies related to the DNO Cloud offerings to adapt to evolving market dynamics and business objectives.
  • Sales Administration: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including contract management, order processing, and sales collateral management for the DNO Cloud product line.
  • RFX Responses: Participate in responding to RFXs from global clients, including proposal writing, research and bid defense workshops.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably within the IT or enterprise SaaS industry.
  • Track record of 5-8 years of experience in sales, sales ops for a high growth company.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, reporting and forecasting. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent English communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a commitment to excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Understanding of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
  • Financial modeling experience is a plus.
