Marketing & Special Events Manager
The Marketing & Special Events Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Brand & Community Engagement, is responsible for supporting Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County’s marketing and community programs. In addition, the Manager will cultivate fundraising initiatives in concert with the Vice President.
The Manager will implement the organization’s fundraising strategies which will include a multi-million-dollar capital campaign, annual fundraising events, Goodwill’s participation in the Do More 24 and Giving Tuesday online fundraisers, a multi-million- dollar capital campaign, and ongoing donor relations campaigns. Also core to the responsibilities of this role are implementation of digital marketing and communications campaigns to support Goodwill’s program areas (donated goods/retail, workforce development, contract services, sustainability and community engagement). In this role, a customer-centric mindset is essential.

Salary: $63,000 yearly
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, and at least four years of experience that includes marketing/digital communication, non-profit fundraising or donor relations. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
