Job Description:
- The purpose is to improve the education program through the capacity building of teachers to deliver quality and appropriate knowledge as per the co-curricular of South Sudan, and to boost the learning activities through implementation and support of the learning program.
- To comply and carry out all the project activities as per the donor requirements and improved coordination and develop a good relationship between stakeholders and the organization.
- Improved school structures for the success of learning activities and maintain pupils' health in good condition. Ensure proper accountability, transparency, and documentation of project documents.
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by the education project officer and manager
- To improve the community teachers’ ability to source, assess, develop, and utilize a range of appropriate teaching and learning materials that can be used inside and outside the classroom for learners
- To improve the classroom teaching and learning through classroom observations, mentoring individuals and group ,assessments of community groups of achers.
- Conducting daily school supervision and monitoring.
- Support the project officers in developing community teacher induction and refresher training manuals.
- Produce timely, accurate, compliant and quality reports to the direct supervisors.
- To Support the Project Coordinator on community capacity building in Education
- Boast learning and literacy activities.
- Identify Education sectoral technical experts and resource persons to support project implementation
- Identify and build Education sector related strategic linkages,
