Sanofi Business Services (SBS) Kuala Lumpur Center, a Captive Global Business Services Centre within Sanofi-Aventis (Malaysia) has been set-up to provide Finance & Accounting (Account-to-Report, Customer-Invoicing-to-Cash and Purchase-To-Pay) as well as People Services (HR) support by transversal functions such as Automation, Transition, Project and Change Management and Master Data Management to China, Asia, JPAC and Greater Gulf. We at Sanofi Business Services constantly develop our competencies around process optimization as we enable Sanofi to reach operational excellence.

Countries currently being supported by KL Center include Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, China, ThailandCambodia, Vietnam, Pakistan and Greater Gulf.

The Sanofi Business Services Trainee Program was launched to provide an opportunity for fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years experience to join the multicultural team at SBS encompassing experts & generalists globally.

Duration: 12 months

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum CGPA of 3.2;
  • Master's degree holder; or
  • Professional Qualification (such as ACCA/ CIMA)

What can you expect from this program?

Successful candidates can expect to receive on-the-job training and unique exposure to collaborate with our local & regional leaders on innovative projects designed to ensure we continue our success as an industry leading Business Services provider. All Business Services Graduate Trainee programs are 12 months in duration and come with the potential of longer-term career opportunities, either within our SBS Hub (based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor) or across our other businesses.
