Deere & Company is seeking a Software Engineer in Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field plus 5 years related experience. Required skills: Design and implement highly integrated software applications with microservices architecture using Java/J2EE technologies, RESTful web services, Spring Boot, and Node JS (5 yrs); Develop front-end of web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery while leveraging emerging UI frameworks AngularJS and ReactJS (5 yrs); Ensure code quality using TDD approach for back-end development using frameworks Junit, and automation testing using Junit (3 yrs); Manage the build, deployment, and operation as a continuous automated process to achieve continuous delivery by implementing CI/CD pipeline using the tools Jenkins, terraform scripts, Azure pipelines, AWS and GitHub Actions (3 yrs). Must live within normal commuting distance of the worksite.
