Job Description

Join our dynamic Marketing team spanning across the region as a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Colombia. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll support an array of different marketing and communications efforts, playing a pivotal role in bolstering our brand presence throughout Latin America. 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sponsored and owned events to align with marketing goals. 
  • Maintain productive supplier relationships for resource optimization. 
  • Drive impactful digital media campaigns and refine strategies based on insights. 
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance for optimization and ROI. 
  • Manage a dynamic social media calendar to enhance brand awareness. 
  • Generate actionable reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Collaborate with Communication and Product Marketing for effective campaign execution. 
  • Contribute to nurturing strategies for enhanced customer engagement. 
  • Foster positive relationships with diverse stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English; Portuguese is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or communication experience. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing digital campaigns. 
  • Experience in Adtech and/or Martech sectors preferred. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRM tools advantageous. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail. 
  • Proactive attitude with a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
