Job Description
Join our dynamic Marketing team spanning across the region as a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Colombia. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll support an array of different marketing and communications efforts, playing a pivotal role in bolstering our brand presence throughout Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sponsored and owned events to align with marketing goals.
- Maintain productive supplier relationships for resource optimization.
- Drive impactful digital media campaigns and refine strategies based on insights.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance for optimization and ROI.
- Manage a dynamic social media calendar to enhance brand awareness.
- Generate actionable reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Communication and Product Marketing for effective campaign execution.
- Contribute to nurturing strategies for enhanced customer engagement.
- Foster positive relationships with diverse stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications
- Proficient in English; Portuguese is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or communication experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing digital campaigns.
- Experience in Adtech and/or Martech sectors preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRM tools advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
