Job Description:

Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing, business development, brand and external communication strategies, tactical plans and programs to optimize market share and profitability. Identifies, develops and maintains customer and partner relationships and meet service requirements. Partners cross-functionally (e.g., with sales). Leads market research to assess current and future market conditions, competitive product, service and pricing practices and changing customer/prospect dynamics in order to influence new product/service development. Includes Marketing Operations. Plans, develops and manages marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and/or external clients. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.

Job Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cross-functional collaboration in creating and executing marketing strategy and action plans, following-up implementation.
  • Developing market analysis, VOC’s, strategic review, challenge plans and budget, identifying opportunities with sales force, making recommendations and defining next steps.
  • Facilitating and creating opportunities for links and cross-sharing among local stakeholders and BU’s, organizing and animating high quality meetings and teleconferences.
  • In charge of specific businesses/brands, leading transversal task forces (defining agenda, timelines, producing precise minutes), ensuring project evolution until completion, engaging, and challenging all involved departments.
  • Creating digital marketing strategies and plans, owning the whole process including identifying KPI’s and results reporting
  • Supporting BU NPI’s launching plans via identifying market opportunities and potential market share gains
  • Working with marketing teams on allocating budgets and following up on the designed online and offline campaigns/promos

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

  • Demonstrates high sensitivity to ROI, delivers high quality reports.
  • Strong digital marketing experience «social media, SEO, paid/sponsored Ads”
  • Proven track record in New Product Launches
  • Strong team player and with profound project management capabilities
  • Strong understanding of compliance rules and guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 - 5 years of marketing expertise in life sciences/medical/equipment/dental fields
  • Business or Life-sciences degree
  • Good knowledge of most of MEA markets
  • Robust knowledge of CRM, analytics, and market research expertise
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong IT literacy competencies, with knowledge of Microsoft applications
