Job Summary
The Executive Director reports to the Dean and is responsible for the overall operational strategic direction and management of the corporate and executive education portfolio including executive degree and non-degree programs offered, business development support, and office operations. The Executive Director leads the Corporate and Executive Education team in collaboration with designated faculty directors, executive education faculty and subject matter experts, industry partners, and Drexel/LeBow stakeholders including university corporate relations team and other colleges at the university to ensure quality, relevance and experientially focused content and programs. They will support the design and launch of new executive education programs as well as growing current custom and open-enrollment programs.
The Executive Director will develop and manage delivery and client relationships and assist in cultivating the corporate community. In conjunction with College leadership, university corporate relations team, and designated staff, the Executive Director develops and implements a corporate cultivation plan to enhance the relationship of the corporate community with LeBow College of Business and increase revenues.

This position is classified as Exempt, grade P. Compensation for this grade ranges from $129,850 - $194,770. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
