Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a highly organized and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer (CDEIO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative duties, research, communications and handle a wide range of administrative and executive support – related tasks for the CDEIO. As a key liaison for the DEI team, this individual will require strong interpersonal skills, understanding of the organization, and demonstrated ability to embrace change within a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. This role will require someone with the ability to work in highly confidential executive environments and make decisions based on the assessment of the situation and historical practices.
In this position, you will report to the Senior Executive Assistant and will act as a secondary support to the Senior Executive Assistant for the firm’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as well as ensuring smooth operation of the CEO’s office. Your responsibilities will include providing daily assistance to the CEO between the hours of 9:00 – 10:00am. Additionally, you will offer support during on-site leadership meetings.

Strategically manage all aspects of the CDEIO’s travel, meeting request, internal and external speaking engagements
Help manage and curate relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, including:
You will be a key member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team, handling various administrative tasks as needed:
Collaborate with the internal Communications team to organize both internal and external media opportunities:

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $89,250.00 - $105,000.00
