Key Responsibilities:
The Manager - Digital Marketing Technology will be responsible for overseeing and offering technical guidance to a team of analytics professionals. Establish robust connections with marketing and digital business leaders, consulting with them to utilize analytics effectively in achieving their business goals. All Roche employees are expected to effectively contribute to cross-functional collaboration and coordination and comply with all laws, regulations, policies & procedures that govern our business.
As a Manager - Digital Marketing Technology, you will:
- Analyze and deliver insights from digital marketing channels, utilizing Google/Adobe Analytics, social platforms, email, and campaigns
- Create suggestions and insights to further enhance the design and target audience optimization of the email campaigns
- Offer collaborative insights to the affiliates on how to utilize analytics effectively in their campaigns
- Assist the affiliates in improving digital readiness through the use of data
- Evaluate existing processes in paid media, website experience, and HCP engagement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency
- Champion and lead in the realm of technology and innovation for the Digital Marketing team and its business partners, taking into account both immediate and long-term requirements
- Collaborate with the Business Partners to establish key metrics and desired outcomes for technology that align with business objectives
- Respond to technical queries/requests from team members and stakeholders.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously depending on the requirements
- Lead important initiatives for the growth and development of the GATE team
Required Experience, Skills, Qualification:
- Overall experience of 6-12 years in the technology/analytics/consulting space
- 5 years of digital marketing technology experience, preferably in life sciences or healthcare
- Knowledge of attribution modeling, website performance optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, traffic analysis, and reporting tools
- Expertise in utilizing platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Proficiency in tools like Omnibug, Adobe Cloud Debugger, Adobe Launch, and Google Optimize
- Life science industry experience is preferred
- Familiar with regulatory compliance requirements and regulations
- Actively coached and inspired your team with timely and actionable feedback
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good team player with the ability to deliver within schedules
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (computer science, engineering, or other technical disciplines)
