Profile Overview: We are in search of an exceptional Senior Marketing Automation Consultant who also embodies the qualities of a seasoned Marketing Campaign Management Consultant with a solutioning approach. This multifaceted role demands expertise in understanding the entire marketing campaign journey and automation landscape, coupled with the ability to provide strategic consultancy and solutioning services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in widely-used marketing automation platforms and possess a deep understanding of marketing campaign management principles. What You'll do: Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that integrate multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion. Provide strategic consultancy services to clients during new business RFP responses, leveraging expertise to develop compelling proposals and solution architectures that address client requirements and showcase the organization's capabilities. Lead the strategic planning and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns, applying a consultative approach to understand client objectives, target audience segmentation, and campaign performance metrics. Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to continuously monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive continuous improvement in key metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and campaign management. Serve as a mentor and thought leader within the organization, sharing expertise and best practices in marketing automation and campaign management with colleagues and junior team members. If required, oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation platforms, leveraging expertise to recommend tailored solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.

What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing automation, campaign management, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving business results. Expertise in using and optimizing marketing automation platforms, such as Adobe Campaigns, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent, to orchestrate complex campaigns and workflows. Deep understanding of the marketing campaign journey and funnel, including segmentation, targeting, messaging, and conversion optimization strategies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement in campaign performance. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. Experience serving as a marketing campaign management consultant with a solutioning approach, demonstrating the ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver strategic value.
