About the Role

As the Senior Financial Analyst for Product & Marketing, you will work directly with our product management and marketing organizations to address some of the largest opportunities facing the organization today. You will be a key partner for the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, opportunity sizing and regular reviews of financial & KPI results. You will need strong analytical and system skills in this role. You have the ability to understand the Company’s financial and operational models, as well as its strategic goals, while also being very detail oriented.

  • Build strong partnerships with marketing and product organizations to gather inputs for financial opportunity sizing
  • Build and maintain new models to size financial opportunities related to strategic initiatives as a key input into enterprise annual budgeting process and ongoing project management office 
  • Manage and track key KPIs and financial performance against expectations
  • Evolve tools, enhance existing reporting, and improve business processes in partnership with Finance and the business
  • Analyze variances to plan and forecast, providing insight on current and expected trends, and identifying areas of risk and opportunities
  • Prepare monthly business review presentations that recap results vs. forecast and prior year for leadership reviews
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling at the request of leadership and business partners to aid in decision-making
  • Identify and quantify risk or upside in business outcomes to offer solutions and aid in decision-making

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of financial analysis, accounting, banking, consulting or similar experience.
  • You have advanced spreadsheet skills, including financial modeling and have experience creating effective presentation slide decks
  • You possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and project management skills
  • You’re able to identify opportunities for business improvement and take initiative to drive necessary changes
  • You have exceptional communication skills with proven success collaborating cross-functionally
  • You work well in a demanding, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities
  • You’re highly self-motivated, you have a stellar work ethic and you’re looking for the right company to support your growth potential
  • You have experience with Anaplan, Essbase, Looker and/or similar planning and reporting tools
  • Remote Work Mode: This position is primarily remote; however, the ideal candidate will be based on the West Coast, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings or collaboration opportunities as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.

Salary Range

$116,000—$124,000 USD
